Well, the only reason I said the scorpio guy's Gemini girlfriend wouldnt appreciate the heavy saturn atmosphere is because of saturn being conjunc the sun and venus in the composite. Do you have that in the composite? In the composite it is a very different thing. Saturn creates a depressing atmosphere. Geminis however need light and play. His saturn opposing your venus in synastry has nothing to do with him. Look at saturn as acting like a capricorn sun person in the relationship....Capricorn suns always criticize others for not being frugal enough, hardworking enough, responsible enough, for not having enough substance, for people not doing things to their standards, and they do it in a way that makes you feel almost like you owe all these things to them or else you are being a bad person. They have such a tight grip on relationships that they make you feel guilty...like it is your duty to do certain things for them almost as if you promised them.
The relationship probably shows a lot of that now. You feel some sort of duty towards him...You feel it is your responsibility to be there for him and not let him down and be all these things for him bc he deserves it. But eventually you will start to feel like he blackmails it out of you and criticizes you unjustly and treats you in an authoritarian manner. Saturn doesnt realize that tey are doing this though. So him being saturn wodnt even realize what he's doing so it makes zero dofference that he is a gemini.
In composite it operates in a similar way actually, except BOTH partners feel that way about each OTHER. A similar effect to having sun conjunct or negatively aspecting saturn in the composite is having too many saturn aspects in synastry. Often one double whammy will do this alone, as dw usually define the entire theme for a relationship. Dw=two planets aspecting each other twice in synastry ie his moontrinw your saturn, your moon square his saturn.
